The design of your cards is fully-customized and designed by Pit Crew's design team. Rest-assured, your cards will integrate seamlessly with your brand.

The Pit Crew Rewards Card program utilizes a virtual terminal, a state-of-the-art electronic processing Point of Sale (POS) system with no additional equipment required. The virtual terminal provides communication with the data center for accessing database information, recording transactions and loading or unloading card balances. Cards are easily activated, redeemed and reloaded at your virtual terminal..

Daily Batch Reports produces a chronological list of all transactions. A Monthly Corporate Summary statement reports all transactions for the current time period, as well as total fees billed. The reports are accessible through our secure website 24/7 or by email or fax.

These reports are a wealth of information at your fingertips and a way for you to initiate contact with your customers. For example, you will see exactly how much each of your customers has left to spend on their cards and when the last time they used their cards. Using this information, you can send your customers reminders to come back in for service so they can use their remaining amount.

1. I've tried using a similar Loyalty Rewards program before. How is this different?
Our Loyalty Rewards cards are different in that not only does the card serve as a way for your customer to earn rewards, but also contains information about your nationwide warranty program and 24-hour roadside assistance. So if your customer is stuck on the road somewhere, your Loyalty Card could serve as their lifeline.

2. Can I set up my own rewards and point system?
Yes. It is entirely up to you to decide how you want to reward your customers, as well as how to set up your points system. Rewards can be products, services, discounts or dollar value added to the card. Most businesses set up their point system so that for every $1.00 the customer spends, they earn one point. And at 50 points, the customer earns a reward. Or the customer can choose to continue to accrue the points for bigger rewards. Most shops are letting their customers earn $0.10 for every dollar spent.

3. What if I want to change my rewards or point system in the future?
You can make changes to your rewards and point system at any time. However, keep in mind that any changes will apply to ALL cards, including the cards that are already active.
